Natasha and Sam were married last month and held their whole wedding at Kelham Nouse near Newark. A lot of DIY love and effort went into their wedding - in particular the flowers and decorating the stone walkway to the function room, which was all done by Natasha's mum. She'd filled the area with meaningful references, such as photos of the couple, homemade signs, stacks of old books, trinkets, ornate details and flowers. A generously stocked and prettily adorned sweetie trolley provided the guests with a go-to pit stop throughout the day. Mirror Imaging's day started at Natasha's request when the girls were just finished getting ready and, as it rained heavily for almost the whole day, we stayed dry for the bridal photographs in Kelham House's Averham Room. The ceremony was also personalised, holding their civil ceremony first before Sam's father (a minister) conducted a blessing to reaffirm the importance of their faith as they made their vows. It looked like rain would stop guests throwing any confetti but as the couple enjoyed a drive together in their white Rolls Royce chauffeured by Cupid Carriages, the clouds cleared for a moment and we gathered all the guests outside ready to surprise Sam and Natasha on their return. The break in weather was short-lived as the heavens opened again, so we moved inside for photographs, and their string quartet entertained. Guests enjoyed an afternoon tea on beautifully decorated tables featuring homemade soaps and miniature potted succulents as favours. We captured the speeches and the cake cutting, before leaving the wedding party to enjoy their celebrations. Both families were very welcoming and gracious and it was a pleasure to be a part of Sam and Natasha's wedding day.
